1. What are some different ways to interpret line? What did you learn by thinking of line in different ways?
The list ways to interpret line could go on forever. A few ways to interpret lines are horizontal or vertical; diagonal, straight, or curved; and thick or thin. The main thing I learned by thinking of line in different ways is the many creations you can produce. One line can go on as long as you want and create something amazing. I had always thought of line as a bland, straight pencil mark, but I now see there are many ways to make a line.
2. How do you feel about your final artwork for this unit? What do you like or dislike about it?
In my opinion, my artwork for this unit turned out very well. I used multiple different forms of lines and combined them to make one cool piece of artwork. I really enjoy how I used lines to create something with a lot of meaning to me. The only thing I dislike is how I had to go at a very slow pace to make the details that were more small in size than others precise. It was also a bit hard to come up with enough different line patterns to fill the inside of my hamsa.
